Rizom-Lab is looking for a talented and enthusiastic community manager.

We are looking for someone who will develop, build our awareness & image on social networks as well as existing online communities. The collaborative power of communities is critical for Rizom-Lab’s growth. In collaboration with our team, you will participate in the reflection and execution of the social media strategy (community included). Also, you will help us build an influencer network.
You should have some experience with RizomUV, or at least a good experience in UV mapping, and you must have significant experience/knowledge in 3D software (3DS Max, Maya, Blender, Unreal, Unity…) as you will help with the technical support.
What you will do
Strategy & planning
Work with the team to define the social media strategy (improve brand awareness, perception, and engagement to be implemented across all channels) and execute the plan.
Manage the social content calendar and work with key stakeholders and external partners to plan, curate and create content to sustain community growth.
Develop and implement an influencer & community strategy in collaboration with the team
Content & social media & tech support
Animate our Discord server, our Facebook group and do the tech support (answering questions on the software use).
Create & publish content (texts, images, stories, videos…) across social channels.
Propose original operations for brand awareness and image (press releases, Twitches).
Identify opportunities to create new engaging content as well as to adapt and share already created partnership, PR, news and user-generated content.
Identify key discussion and conversation trends within communities to create new opportunities for content.
Communicate and convince digital direct contacts.
Develop and manage paid campaigns (Facebook, Art Station, …)
Good experience on RizomUV is a plus
Good experience in 3D software (Blender, 3DS Max, Maya, Unreal, Unity, ZBrush, Modo…)
1 year of experience in social media & community management
Language: Bilingual (English/French)
Copywriting (excellent writing skills in English)
Video tutorials creation
Strong knowledge of social media
